Modeling agency in NYC

I have always had a deep sense and passion for the way the body moves and what you can do with it. Ever since I was a little girl, I would want to smile and pose for the camera. Being in front of the lens was an intimate thing for me even as a child, but also freeing. Let’s fast forward, now many years later. I have begun my career as a professional model and I have had the immense pleasure of working with designers such as Neos District and Doina Alexei. Both whom, I have done commercials for. I have worked shows for Sexy Hair, and what a pleasure, such a beautiful team.
I’ll never forget Jimmy Melton, renowned master artist for Sexy Hair and the most talented stylist in my opinion. He is just an amazing man to work with and so vibrant and so full of life, a lot like myself. You need that around you in this business, people with uplifting creative energy that share your same passion and drive.

I also have a deep drive to help others in need. I have the greatest pleasure and honor of now being a chairman on the board of a new non-profit called TrueStone. Our motto is “The stone that was rejected becomes the cornerstone.”  Our mission is to help the marginalized become important components of society with training, mentoring, financial scholarships, jobs, etc. We want to help those who have lost a parent, who have been abused, who have struggled. We also want to have a web portal that contains inspiring stories that uplift and motivate us to serve the community by sharing our talents and gifts.
We want to not only do this, but go out into the community and raise funds for homeless shelters, children’s hospitals, families in need as well. This non-profit is a huge part of my life now and I feel so passionate to drive it because I myself come from a life of struggle. Giving people the tiniest bit of hope can go a long way. I want to be part of that hope. To let people know there is life after struggle, hardship or loss. I also want to write a book one day. That is something I have always wanted to do, to write about my life experiences and my struggles, but now is not yet the right time. I am currently helping my friend to write a book and so far it is an amazing journey.

I believe in myself to be a good writer, now let’s see if the rest of America will agree when my book or books are published. I also want to one day to be able to fund an animal non-profit organization. I am a lover of animals down to the tiniest of insects. I have a huge respect for all that has life. The factory farming and cruelty that goes on in this country is unfathomable. So ludicrous it should be a crime, yet is goes unpunished. I want to be able to donate money to those who have sanctuaries for animals who help these animals that have been abused, abandoned, or are unwanted, who have suffered.
In the end, I wish to make a footprint on life, so others, if they so wish or choose, will want to follow in them themselves. I want to make a difference, no matter how small or how large. My philosophy on life is simple. Be kind and kindness becomes you. Always give without expectations and help those less fortunate. As the Buddha once said, “A generous heart, kind speech, and a life of service and compassion are the things that renew humanity.”
